Your Role as Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for curating and managing our social media strategy, content, and community engagement efforts. This position is vital in enhancing our brand presence online and fostering community around it.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with Amazon's marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across various social media channels.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way, while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct audience research to inform social media strategy and content creation.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns, driving engagement and brand loyalty.
- Analyze engagement data and metrics to refine social media strategies.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members and stakeholders to ensure a unified brand message.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced and innovative company.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- High proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, as well as media editing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to drive decisions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
